Fast service but the omurice had no taste :(

Great meat and omelet!There are also breads and desserts here but I didn't try.

It's OK.This omlete place near Shinjuku station offers friendly service and decent food at a great price.The omelets are good and for the price OK but the taste is rather basic and the same thing could easiebe achieved at home.The restaurant is located in a basement which is never a good sign as there is no natural light to enjoy your food. The overall appearance of the restaurant is rather dated.Look elsewhere for a better experience.

The service towards english speaking customers is really bad! When i said i dont speak japanese, the waitress rolled her eyes at me. And not one, but all three of the waitresses. Food is ok, but they should really work on improving their service attitudes.

Very cute place!!! Their omurice certainly surprised me , I ordered the set one with the hamburger steak and bun and was so full in the end! Love this place 😍

The umorice is delicious and the portions are perfect. As everyone else mentioned, the bread is to die for and we also really enjoyed the soup. We recommend both the mozzarella and the chicken rice with hamburg.

Delicious Omurice, wonderful service

A restaurant with a vintage atmosphere serving large plates of good food. I really loved eating there, is not expensive for what it is the food is nice!

Nice atmosphere with Alice in the wonderland theme. But I think the omurice could be better.

The food was amazing. The 4 cheese omerice was sublime and the side order of their special bread was to die for. My wife ordered an omelette and it was simply the best omelette I have ever tasted. Such beautiful egg flavour and amazing cheese. Perfectly seasoned. I'm just sad I tried this on my last day as I would definitely have come back again.

Food was great and the ambient is so cute.

The chicken steak was not to my liking, but the Omurice was great. I liked the desert options.

I miss the tomato omurice but today's was great too!The chicken omurice was yummy, very juicy.The shrimp okra omurice was like sushi omurice and very seafoody. No okra tho.The bun was drizzled with butter and was a nice sweet bread

I eat omuraisu every time I come to Japan. Last time I tried 卵と私 but I prefer this place. Ordered the most popular one along with a dessert and drink. Check out my video and see how their omuraisu feels like.

Very nice omurice

Thr omurice was delicious, and their special handmade rolls were some of the best I have ever had.

Didn't love it as much as the Shibuya store, but it's still pretty delicious. My fave omurice

The food was ok, not bad but not the best. Atmosphere was nice, however we didn't feel welcome. The place was nearly empty, but still the manager was not welcoming and stared at us while we were eating. Probably they don't want children at this place. My 10 month old never cried and we left the place clean. Still felt unwelcome.

Like previous reviews, the attitude towards English speaking customers was bad. When we asked about their lunch menu she was speaking too fast that we couldn't understand. When we asked her to repeat, she pointed harder looking very impatient, and rolled her eyes. The cheese omurice had no cheese taste and it is just full of tomato ketchup. Not worth the experience. I'm sure there are better food or better omurice elsewhere. This is the only place so far that I have experienced rudeness in Japan

Overall a nice place, however can't say that staff there were very helpful. I think some basic level of English would be a good improvement. Food was nice and tasty, portions were a bit smaller than I expected, but enough for an average person.

This might be intimidating for some tourists because the staff only speak Japanese but arm yourself with Google Translate and you're good to go. Get the Hamburg Omurice. Delicious and great price. Get the Rakeru bread to go for brekky or late night snacking.

It's simple but quite good, i don't have the heart to give 3 stars because even though the food is not that special, the ambience and service is well enough

The food was not really delicious but the price was reasonable.

The atmosphere is comfortable. I've tried the omelette rice with a burger patty, which is so so. I will avoid this next time since either ramen or pork/beef rice (from Yoshinoya or Matsuya) will easily beat the Western in this restaurant.

I greatly enjoyed their beef and mushroom stew omurice. Wish the egg was more creamy though

Great omurice HORRIBLE service!!! My husband and I went there for dinner and we ordered one omurice to share. We have been doing this across all Japan and never have any complaints. In Rakeru they told us one item only was ban (Dame) but one dish one drink was OK! So we ordered that, but the waitress was very ride with us. This is the only time we experience rudeness in Japan, we were not happy.

Send the wrong meal.

Very good omellete rice place, with many different choices which tend to confuse first time comers like us. Highly recommend for the burger and the grilled chicken.

Good selection of Western (ish) food in a quaint setting. We went there to try omurice which was okay (not the best I've had). Overall decent enough food and good service. Smoking is in the same room but at the far end so you still get a slight smell of it. English menu is available and they accept credit cards.

Good place to have a conversation with a friend if you have an extended lunch. The servings are of reasonable volume and food isnot pricey. Taste is pretty good but the bread could be fresher.

Nice omu rice. Order the hamburg set and fried rice omu. Both are delicious. Set includes drink, soup and choice of sundae/dessert. Set with dessert and drink is about 1500¥. While set with soup is only 1200¥ for hamburg set.

Omurice was good! So many options. Lots of smoke, though, which can be difficult to deal with.

A cozy and homely dining experience with one of the creamiest corn soup and omurice one can find in Tokyo. The dishes are all made to complement the omurice and the set is highly recommended. The corn soup was sweet and silky, the cold roast beef delectable and the 4 cheese omurice and Hamburg set will satisfy all cheese, egg and meat lovers. Order the omurice with mushroom and beef stew if you think the demiglace sauce is a little too sour for liking and you'll have your omurice doused in a thick and hearty beef stew. Highly recommended!

A very nice light corn soup. An omurice with some beef stew covering it. Yummy and in all a very light meal.The service was great. The food came out very quickly. The cast iron skillet get the food hot throughout the meal.Cost was around ¥1200 so very affordable.

Good Japanese style food, with adequate amount. Suitable for those who want to take a rest in Shinjuku and fear of Sashimi.
